How in the hell is it possible that you can run this company and not except all life insurance policies. We now have to deny my grandmother's wishes because you are a money grubbing company. You have wasted my family's time and given a lot more heartache. Also FYI you should make sure that EVERYONE that works there knows the policies so another family doesn't get lied to like we have. We live in KC MO about 10 hours one way, we flew our uncle out but, I drove my 85 yr old uncle out in the car we made the trip out and back in 3 days. our funeral director was on the phone with me on and off all the way out there making sure all was as we wanted, she arranged a miliary funeral for us in 2 days, then called on on Thursday evening to make sure we made it home. I would highly recomend this place on a scale from 1-10 i give it a 15.
