Information about this business (2)

“Started back in 2002, I was attracted to this brick building, i don’t know, I have this thing for brick buildings! So anyway, I see this brick building and I’m like I wanna buy this place, especially when i found out that it was a pizzeria. You see, back when i was a teenager, I used to work at Dominos pizza & i killed it! Slapping dough from left hand to right hand, I knew that I could do...

Gooey pizza by the slice finds a curius home off Edgewood.

In Short
Located just down the street from the King Center, walking inside the barred windows and heavy door of Edgewood Avenue Pizza immediately conjures up a mix of downtown Manhattan...

Run, do not walk, to this restaurant. Best damn pizza in the city and the salad with homemade vinaigrette is to die for.

This is becoming an addiction for our family. Might just be the best pizza in town. We are happy to see them grow, and if they add delivery options, they might just achieve perfection.

Customer service is a lost art and this place is a prime example. I was shocked when my waitress asked me if I wanted to order. Really!? I loveeeee pizza and I'm writing this review based on...

The hours here do not accurately reflect the actual store hours. I got here at 12 am and they were no longer serving, however it is listed as them closing at 2:45. I wish I had the opportunity to try.

Only because the pizza is still the Bomb! Like oh my goodness sweet baby Jesus.. So I had been anticipating the reopening of this pizzeria, since it shut down a few years back because of city...

Business description (2)

Tucked away in the historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, Edgewood Avenue is an independent pizzeria and a local spot for a quick bite. The pizzeria serves some some delicious varieties of pizza in its small dining area equipped with a bar. It is very popular for their King slice of pizza - a slice bursting with flavors and cheese. Tips about this business (2)

On the Menu

Skip the wings and go for the geocentrically named King Slice if you are hungry, or the Queen slice if you need a quick snack.

Parking

Sometimes you can find street-side parking, thought there is a small (sometimes) pay lot across the street.
