This is a typical chain office supply store. Recently, Office Depot acquired OfficeMax. OfficeMax Perks (their reward card) still works and, like Office Depot's, is still free. I have been to this location a couple of times to pickup stuff for my home business. Usually, I can find most of what I need but sometimes I have to search out another store. My only suggestion would be another employee or two. I had to stand in line for a bit.
