Staff is always nice and helpful. I had to file some important documents and the rep was able to assist with that. I purchased my laptop from here as well as few yrs ago and the rep was helpful...

Everytime I go to the printing service, it is always a long wait. It shouldn't take 40 minutes for me to get 2 pages printed. Hire more people in that department.
