This Office Depot is just so convenient! I use them a lot for work projects and I am attended by Richard. He is fantastic!!!!! Every time i have a work project he understands it and provides it excellent service.My only complaint about this location is that to fax is wayyyy to expensive. You might as well send an e-fax.

Keep Your Receipts!

Most retailers require receipts for exchange or refund. They have important information on them they must have to process the transaction. Namely:
A) The date of purchase
B) The amount paid for the item being returned
C) The item SKU (or UPC)
D) The transaction number
It is VERY important you keep all your receipts until you are sure you will not need to return something that's on it. ...
