This apartment home is a dream. It is located in one of the best areas in San Diego and is close to all of the best surfing spots, shops, and restaurants. Yes! This place is "as good as it gets". The units are beautiful with all new, top of the line appliances, beautiful wood flooring and high end finishes. The location of Ocean House is the best....

It was affordable at the time I needed it most, since they have raised my rent and the utilities are the amount as if I was renting a house.
