The Staff of OBGYN associates is wonderful. However, the billing department and policies of the business are less than ideal. If you have any issues with your insurance be prepared to pay upfront!!! I had a hysterectomy this month and Dr. McCarron was wonderful. We spent quite a bit of time discussing the options of leaving the cervix or removing and which incision approach he would be using. I was able to go with the laproscopic (partially because we left my cervix) and everything went beautifully. I was back to work in part time in two weeks and full time by three weeks.
I have been going to OB Gyn Associates for 10 years. I started going before the birth of my first child. The doctors and nurses are very caring and are an excellent choice when needing to find a new gynecologist or obstretrician. The staff is very professional. Ob Gyn Associates has a lab on site plus they also do mammograms.
I feel that the staff at OBGYN Associates are very caring and professional people. I am going through infertility treatment at this location and they are always very willing to answer any questions that I may have. They spend extra time with me to ensure that I am comfortable with the treatment that they are recommending. I feel very at ease at all appointments that I have been to.
Dr. Joy Olson is wonderful! She was my doctor through two of my pregancies and even though other doctors were on call for my deliveries I am still pleased with the care I received. I was most disappointed when our insurance no longer recognized the office and now am overjoyed that they do. Cedar Rapids is lucky to have Dr. Olson!
