I'm not sure what kind of service other people are expecting but for what we pay a month for a 2 bedroom townhouse, I definitely expect for have courteous and prompt responses instead of the staff...

Having lived here for a year, I definitely like the apartment, and for the price one pays the amenities and quality are truly top notch. However, the downside is that no matter what the management tries to tell you, the location is far from ideal. While everything is kind of close, nothing really is, and it seems like you have to drive 10 minutes to get to almost anything.
