I don't know if I've ever been treated more rudely at a store. All I was looking for was a masonry bit and a spool of mono filament wire. The man behind the counter berated me and did not understand what I was asking for. I walked out without purchasing anything.

Helpful be these fucks wasted my time and don't take ViSA cards, are you fucking kidding me. I love when stereo types are true.Went a few blocks away to Metropolitan hardware the same basic items were half the price and guess what all major credit cards accepted. Guy at the counter couldn't believe Ok Hardware wouldn't take a Visa and items were twice as much.

The guy who runs the store is a total idiot and jerk. I'd NEVER go there. He was screaming at one of his new employees for not knowing where a particular hinge I was looking for.. Then he thought I was stealing screws after I emptied my pockets and needed to pay for the items I needed for work- he wouldn't let me use my company's business Amex.
