Jelena helped us find an apartment that far exceeded our expectations for NYC FiDi. Due to the time and expense involved in coming from Virginia to NY, we had to find an apartment in one weekend. Jelena helped us to understand New York's unique market and lifestyle. From the start we were pleased with the choices she offered us. We saw six apartments and were blown away by the amenities offered in the building we chose. Jelena was patient, extremely helpful and well versed in the neighborhood. We thought we'd have to settle for less in NY but ended up with so much more than we expected.

He truly cares about you finding your ideal place (in terms of price range, location, etc…) to live at the end of the day. He was really patient and he gave me enough time to make my own decisions. I found this really important, since some brokers will rush you, but after all you are the one who is going to live in that apartment not them. He was willing to answer all my questions and never got tired explaining them. He has a great sense of humor too!
