Nuvo apartment is medocre in cleanliness and out of date but great location

First, do not move with anything larger than small aprtment size, IT WILL NOT FIT INTO THE ELVATOR OR UP THE STAIRS. I had to leave my couch and my bedframe on the sidewalk on the day I moved because they did not fit. The bathroom in the master bedroom is filthy and moldy. The Management did agree to redo the shower, it has been a month without 2 showers, but they say in the next week or so. ...
