Stay away! was given a price over the phone in the early afternoon. Got home from work, then drove 20min there to have the work done. The price then jumped up 35%!!! Woman there that claimed to be a "manager" didn't care what she told me earlier on the phone even though I told her EXACTLY what I was coming in for. This is a bait and switch repair facility that you should stay away from!!! GO...

All I wanted to do was have my tires rotated. Before I made the commitment I asked how long it would take to get it done. I was advised 1hr. I am still here after 2hrs. There is another person that has been here for the same issue for over 3 hours. I even left for an hour an came back. not acceptable. Avoid this location. No apology either.

Brake Job

In August of 2011I took a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis in for a brake job here. They told me that the ABS module needed to be replaced and the Master Cylinder. The cost was $1167. After keeping the car for 6 days they call me to tell me it was fixed. When I went to pick up the car the damn brake pedal was still going all the way to the floor. Evidently they never test drove the vehicle before...

I brought my truck to NTB in Lawrenceville, GA. The installer damaged all 4 wheels and incorrectly damaged them.  I spoke to the manager, and was told that was the best they could do with the equipment that NTB provided them.  Filed a complaint with their customer service multiple times - No response.
