The worst customer service I've ever received. I do not say this lightly. I understand that everyone "has those days" but I was lied to on the phone. We were in a hurry and asked if they could fix right away. They said yes so we took my truck in for a flat. Pulled truck in, removed tire and left to do something else. 45 min later & 3 employees trying to sell me brakes they fixed it.
I was there for an oil change and 4 new tires installation. I booked the appointment online and since it was after 6pm only the 0730pm appointment was available (store closes at 8pm). I arrived there around 0720pm and was immediately greeted. The young man was very friendly as well as both mechanics in the shop, although I know they could not be too thrilled to take on job that size 30 minutes before closing and they were already short on the staff (it was freezing outside).
