This contractor "accidently" installed an expensive addition to my friends furnace, which required drilling into her plumbing. They then decided to charge her for it. When she refused to pay, they put a lein on her house.

I wanted to thank Novak for assisting in our flood-recovery efforts, and getting us setup with a great new furnace/ac unit.
