I called Nott's Travel & Cruises to have them help us find good rates for our large family reunion of 40+ people and was treated very rude. Helen was horrible to me she talked to me like I was an idiot and told me that they dont get paid to work on the weekends or find good group rates for families because they cant benifit off of it. She was no help to me and didn't even offer me anyother help...

I called Nott's travel to get some basic info on a trip to Vegas. When I asked Helen on basic directions how to get to her place of business she told me that she didn't have time for me and that she was driving someone to the airport. Very rude and highly unprofessional!!!!!! Never go here.
