They harass those that are not their customers as well. I am a caregiver to a patient that has almost died twice in the last 4 months. He is home and recooping but is constantly called by telemarketers (especially this one) EVERY DAY! He is on the national do not call list. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

DO NOT BUY YOUR SECURITY SYSTEM THROUGH THEM. They will be great until you sign the contract and then its over. You will never get help after that. And you are stuck with them servicing your account for 1 year until it goes into Monitronics hands. I truly have never dealt with a ruder company. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. They are great until they get you to sign a contract. And since day 1 we have had a horrible time getting any sort of help. Most recently, we have had a problem with our system for a few weeks now and cannot get anyone out here to fix it.
