I am new to Florida and needed to transfer my title, get new plates, and register my car. What I did not know and what they did NOT tell you is that this is a service and you will pay far far far more money in fees then the DMV. When I figured out what happened, I went back to get my paper work (about 1 hour later) and cancel the order. They would not...
The lady gave good service and I did not have to stand in line. I even got my tag the next day with their rush service. Plus I did not have to drive all the way to the plantation court house which is very far in traffic.
Pros
+ Good service and no lines
They don't get you the tag renewed immediately. It has to be sent by post and get it renewed. The charges for the service given was high. I like to go to the ones that do the renewal over the counter, in the past even with immediate renewals it did not cost me this much.
Staff members were polite and couteous, the service was good as they got me the renewal on time. But they got to get the renewal over the counter to improve service
