I am a real estate investor and have taken out more than 25 mortgages and they are the worst. I wanted a stated income cash out loan. In 3 months they are still not done. Every time they asked for something I provided it the same day. The mortgage broker William Kumpf NEVER answered his phone except for the initial call. He only sends text messages. He is not good with e-mails either just text. He claimed he would call me 3 weeks ago with questions about other properties but I am still waiting. Supposedly I was approved for this loan. I went to another lender and got cash in 10 days
