This company is a scam. It is just inches away from a total fraud. They sell tickets at dramatically marked up prices that are available at face value from less unscrupulous vendors. Their terms of service state that they will not necessarily give you the tickets you ordered for any event.
I will NEVER NEVER buy tickets from this company again and I suggest you never do so either.
I had a really bad experience. The people are rude and the tickets they tried to give me aren't the ones I ordered.
I have dealt with this company twice now and both experiences have been not very favorable. First off we purchased tickets for a concert here in Minnesota. The published t icket price was lower than ticketmaster so I bought them. By the time I was done we had spent way more than if I had just gone with ticketmaster. To add insult to injury the seats were two rows from the top in the balcony. Yuk. The second experience was when they charged us a second time for the same show that we had already gone to. Stay away from Northside and their front websites like ConcertTours.org My own experience was with getting tickets for a Tim McGraw concert through ConcertTours.org. The prices are MUCH higher, yes, but I was willing to pay it to get good tickets guaranteed before the tickets went on sale officially. What I didn't know, was that ConcertTour.org farmed the ticket supplier out to Northside...

3/19/2011 We ordered tickets in November for Jersey Boys in tampa fl. They charged 793.00 and still have not delivered the tickets. This firm represents the lowest of the low in online ticket resale transactions, and this is more than evidenced by their "F" rating with the Houston Better Business Bureau.
