My phyiscian and I agree to take a more aggressive way towards weight loss. So off to Northlake I went. Here is my story.
I had been ill since November of 2009 for various reasons. I started the program in February of 2010. The Dr.( forgot her name) new of my health issues and ongoing issues. I had emergency cervical surgery in March 2010 and had to leave the program.
