I was on hold waiting for information from a nurse. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was notified by the operator that the nurse that was helping me went into a room with a patient. She NEVER had intentions of helping me or coming back to the phone. I had to leave a message for her to call me back. I attempted to participate in their weight loss clinic. After waiting an hour to get called back. I had a 9:30 appointment and was not called back until 10:30. There was no customer service and the facility was very dirty. I never got a chance to see a doctor in my 3 and 1/2 hour stay. Maybe the Huntersville site is better but I would never recommend the Charlotte site to anyone.
