Very friendly and easy to work with. This was my first dentist visit in 8 years, I was a nervous and I knew there were a few teeth that needed fixing. They comfortably worked with me and walked me through what the options were, what my insurance would cover, and whatever was left for me to pay out of pocket.

General cleaning and annual check-up.

I like the facilities and staff at North Kansas City Dental. They seem to have modern equipment and go out of their way to make patients comfortable... which can be quite a feat for a dentist office. The only gripe I have is that there are two offices doing different functions and it can be confusing if you don't know where you are going.

Staff is extremely nice and very professional. Melanie is amazing at her job! I really appreciated the time she took with regards to patient education. She does not assume you know the procedure; she explains the process and is great with recommendations.
