North End Grill has more focus than in its early days. Eric Korsch’s cooking can look rustic, but his embellishments betray a refined sensibility. The accompaniments bring some sheen to venerable classics of French charcuterie like pickled beef tongues or a jellied torchon of trotters. Exceptional sommelier and wine list. We enjoyed a gem of a new wine recommended by the friendly sommelier. Superb raw bar and creative small plates. Fish was perfectly prepared. We also loved the all inclusive pricing and wish more restaurants would do the same.
