old school quality

i have been training here since 1998. this is the best gym i have ever found since i became a gym rat in the 1980's. great staff, high ceilings, plenty of room, plenty of free weights, cool old unique machines, a friendly neighborhood gym.

FYI, the gym portion of Norman's club is closing as of January 7, 2011. The chiro services will remain open. Another sad loss--the club had been open...
