Called them on a Friday requesting a Saturday delivery of firewood any time after 2pm with a courtesy phone call when they are on their way. Was told they were putting me down for "end of day" and that they would call.

No call, no show. Called them at 4:55pm on Saturday after sitting around all afternoon waiting. No answer. Voicemail greeting said "we are currently helping other customers"....

Went there today for the first time, I was very impressed with the staff in their knowledge and courteousness. I was extremely to find that they had coal, probably the only place in SE Michigan.
