Time
-The best time to go is from 6am to 12 noon and from 8pm to 11pm. From 12 noon to 3pm is fairly full and is manageable. However from 3pm to 8pm is full of ghetto bench press hoggers and noobs that stay on the same machine for a long time because they feel good.
Equipment
-They have a lot of dumbbells so no problems there.

Gym need to be a little more cleaner with there machine and seem to never have paper towel in bathroom or in work area....

this is the best gym ive ever gone to ! its immaculate, the employees are very helpful and its cheap !!! definitely recommending it to everyone !!!
