From the start you know they are professional and up to date with the extra sterilization of the tools and a TV for every patient room. They want you to relax while getting your teeth done. I go for regular checkups and cleanings where they check inside the mouth as well as outside the throat area for signs of disease. But they really impressed me with their cosmetic dentistry.
