This restaurant is closed. It seemed to never be able to get it together. It was saddled for a long time with service issues. The 2 times we went there there was a band playing so loud the server had a hard time taking the order. Some menu items they did not have.
This restaurant went out of business. I thought it was overpriced. I am not happy to have taverns in Waxhaw. It really changes the atmosphere of the town.
Food was great. Pulled up to eat there and it had closed down.
Nick's is a great place! Folod was excellent (I especially recommend the sweet potato fries) and the best wedge salad I have ever had! Service was great, we highly recommend it for casual dining.
Went out for my Dad's 80th birthday with a party of 10 for dinner. Table was ready in a matter of minutes. Waiter handled our orders pretty quickly and answered all questions and requests. Kids dinners were brought out with appetizers as requested. Adult dinners came out a bit close to the appetizers, but better early than late.. Dinners were Very Good to excellent.
