Avoid this place if you want REAL physical therapy

I went to this place for 10 weeks, my first experience with physical therapy. Only when I went to a second physical therapist (after not getting any results with Dr. Gao), did I realize how bad this place was. Dr. Gao books multiple patients for the same time. The only time I got to see him was during the first and last few minutes of my "scheduled session." If you want real rehabilitation, go somewhere else. The only therapy he does is give you heat therapy and ice packs. You do your 2-3 "strengthening" exercises in his "so-called" gym by yourself. I found my second physical therapist at...
