I've been to New Mill before but this was the first time I left disappointed. I ordered a new item called Panko Chicken and it was bland. The mashed potatoes and veggies were tasty but the chicken was so bland, no taste whatsoever.
Saw on OT and decided to try on a Friday evening. Started with a pomegranate and espresso martinis, very yum. Ordered a bottle of their house Petite Syrah, also very good.
They could use a few more options on the menu.
Our meal was excellent and the restaurant was perfect for our 50th wedding anniversary dinner
Server was attentive. Wine offering was very nice; gave us a replacement wine because you ran out of the one we wanted. Rib eye was disappointing: not tender, slightly over cooked. Beet salad is misleading. Have to search for the bests. Probably won't be back any time soon.
