New Hope Sound, owned and operated by Mr. Jimmy Padgett, preys on the technical ignorance of his clientelle to cheat them out of as much money as he can.

* He tries to sell more equipment than needed to make more of a profit.
* He installed a video monitoring system at our church that never worked.
* He tried to sell our church new wireless mics for thousands of dollars claiming an FCC regulation. This regulation did not apply to the frequencies that our church used.
* He charged $370.00 to press a button on a wireless mic to adjust the frequency. He made claims to the pastor...
