Eyeliner- I had never gotten any permanent make up done before so I didn't know what to expect? I guess I thought I would sit and look thru some different pictures & choose the style and color?? Maybe have her explain the procedure or something? But when I got there Carmen seemed to be in a hurry & just led me straight to a small room and asked me to lay down. Other than the formalities, she didn't go beyond explaining anything! She asked if I wanted brown or black, I hesitated cause I wasn't really sure & she said ""I think brown would be good"" so I said ""ok"" and she started to proceed!...
