Fantastic breakfast - probably great everything else. Worth the walk from the mall.
I love this hotel. We use them exclusively. They treat us with the utmost respect every time I visit. They are attentive and helpful. I have tried a lot of hotels in the city but this one stands out as unique. Its elegant and not overdone. The rooms are beautiful, the food is good and always give us 5 star treatment. I recommend this place for business or pleasure.

Neo and The Mansion – I love this hotel. We use them exclusively. They treat us with the utmost respect every time I visit. They are attentive and helpful. I have tried a lot of hotels in the city but this one stands out as unique. Its elegant and not overdone. The rooms are beautiful, the food is good and always give us 5 star treatment. I recommend this place for business or pleasure.
I loved Neo when I went a few mos ago! Excellent Italian, excellent menu. I finally get a chance to go back and I am not happy. For one the menu has changed. What did they do that for? it was different! it was awesome! Now it is the same as all the other mid range restaurants in town. No standouts, nothing spectacular. Might as well go to Food 101 or Ecco (plus they are cheaper). And it is inside the Mansion which is nothing spectacular either. This hotel has about as much personality as a cold white bare tomb. Skip the Mansion and Neo.
