If you want sarcasm, rudeness, and an unpleasant experience, this is the place to go. Maybe the India St. location is better, but the La Jolla store is awful. The male employees seem dedicated to making you feel ignorant, and act as if every question were stupid (could it be they don't know the answer?) Maybe they're better if you just want to come in and give them money for a quick sale. But don't make the mistake of asking any questions about the product. Especially after you buy it.
