They try to upsell you like crazy. Make you feel guilty for returns. Completely unprofessional and tasteless for such a luxurious department store. AND I dropped a paper (I told her it was something else) and she proceeded to open it up and read it. Lol wow.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees that work there think they're superior than everyone & they profile customers. Definitely not going back.

5 stars for the Louis Vuitton boutique here. Had to place a gift order and the item was not available online. I called Neiman Marcus and could easily connect to the LV boutique at Neiman Marcus (unlike through the regular LV number). Patrice was verg courteous and took my order over the phone.Saved me a trip to Fashion Valley and my gift order was placed :)

This store is really nice. Everyone is very friendly and the sales people have gotten to know me by name. I shop Chanel, Louis V and the makeup and purse sections the most and people greet me with a huge smile every time. I have NEVER been judged by my appearance (usually in jeans and t shirt) …

Was shopping and stopped for a bit to eat. Nice cafe in Bloomingdale's. Food and service was good. The tuna sandwich and chicken & rice soup was great..
