Sharon is great to work with. Professional, fast and makes the process go smooth. Mortgages can be complicated but Sharon makes it quick and painless. You also want someone trustworthy like her when you are sharing your financials.

Even when the title company had issues, she stepped in and solved the problem swiftly, she is definitely in your court ensuring her customers are taken care of.

It's quite a relief to be able to count on her that everything will go smoothly and once again FAST!

I will definitely be going back next time I need a mortgage.

Sharon is a great broker. She worked very closely with me during every step of my refinance, was transparent and upfront on the costs (which were very reasonable), found me a great rate, and went above and beyond to work with the lender when a detail became difficult towards the end. I know other people who looked into refinancing their homes around the same time as myself, but they were scared off by very high closing costs (2-3 times my closing costs) after appealing directly to the major banks. If you are looking to refinance, don't go directly to your bank - hire a reputable broker...

This is at least our third time working with Sharon at Neider Mortgage. We have never gone wrong for going back. Sharon is hard working but more than that, she is full of integrity. Integrity is not something you find an abundance of in this industry. Sharon has been honest with us from the very beginning.
