I signed up through Scan Health Plan 12/2015 for Dr. Wozniak to be my new PCP. I became ill with Bronchitis January 3rd. In an attempt to see her I called to schedule an appointment. After initial pick up, the phone was not answered after 25 minutes on hold. I went to Urgent Care provider in La Mesa.
