Sorry customer service after they get your money

My granite counter tops cracked within the first month of installation. I spent $5000.00+. After multiple calls they sent out a person that couldn't speak english to put a band aid on the crack. 18 months later the sink fell out. Their response, "there will be a charge to fix it." I have been unable to contact them since. Terrible customer service. Use at your own risk!
