Today my shipment arrived in LA from Navis! Everything was in perfect condition. I have no idea how they made any profit, as there was so much materials, bubble wrap and thoughtful care put into this shipment. I am so grateful. My other two quotes were 40% higher. All of my interactions with staff and process was A+ and five stars! Thank YOU for being my shipping hero!!!!!!

Moving experiences are always bad, but I didn't think it would be this horrible. They bubble wrapped my ironing board but left my expresso machine in a box to be thrown around and bent, glad my $9 ironing board survived the move though.
