Great service

I arranged to have a tree cut down while I would be away. I texted my neighbor the day after they were to take down the tree and he confirmed it was gone. I arrived home to a yard that looked better than it did when I left. This is not the first good job they did.

Firewood WAS NOT seasoned as promised!

We purchased "Seasoned" firewood from National Tree Service with the promise that it has been seasoned.. we paid (top price) for a 1/2 cord of wood. we store it under a shed,(just like you should so moisture doesn't build up, but it recieves air) after 4 attempts to build a fire, it smolders at best!(and we have a gas starter) it is NOT seasoned like they advertise!! when we called to let them know, and to see what to do, they were very ugly about it, and pretty much responded with "oh well" DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with them!
