Bad customer service and unprofessional employees. This will be my last time renting from this location, although I like National at the airports. Just make it easy and go to the airport. They hold their employees accountable there and they seem to care more about taking care of you. I rent vehicles …

THEY CLOSE AT 10PM!If you think this is a normal just pick up your car when you arrive, be aware, they do close the counter and collect all the keys...
