If I was able to leave zero I would have. Called and confirmed your website hours were correct. I was told they were. Guess what? You lied. You were closed and I wasn't able to get the items...

It's ice. And they do it well. Simple, straight forward. Walk in, buy ice (cash or credit), they help load it, you leave. Grab some dry ice too! It'll help keep your ice frozen

WORST customer Sevice

Went there recently to purchase 400 lbs of ice. The customer service there was nothing like I had seen before. Not only were we treated poorly. They lied to our face. I have never been so upset in my life. NEVER order ice from them or you will not be happy.
