I arrived five minutes ahead of my appointment to Great Expressions Midtown. The receptionist said she was sorry, but I couldn't be seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time. She offered to reschedule, but thinking of the time it takes to get there and get to work, I wanted to get it done. I suggest you talk to your insurance company before going to Nanston to find out exactly how much your treatment will cost you. They have over billed me twice. They quote charges that are more than the actual cost. I tried several times to make an appointment and get some questions asked and no one returns your call. I had been a client here for 8+ years. They did a proceedure that insurance deemed "not necesary" therefore making me pay for 100% of the cost of the recommended cap. Awful. They left me with a $1000 bill and no insurance support. Good luck if you go here.
