Nandans Screen Printing

This vendor was given machined plastics for logo printing. They received the artwork in both Adobe Illustrator and PDF. They printed the first article the wrong size. Asked to correct they were incapable of scaling the image and repeatedly asked for the artwork file after receiving it three times by email.
