Well ive been going here for as long as I can remember , first my sister in law started going there then all of my sisters did , overall they do a good job! If you want a very good pedi go to ann , if you want nice nails go to tiffany and if you want a good wax Anns the best at that too! I m not gonna lie they are pricey but it all depends on what. I have been going here for many years, and I have to admit they are by far very good at what they do. Yes, it's very true that if you do not make an app, you will be waiting a good while but that goes to show how good they are. I highly recommend this place, from a mani & pedi, wax or nice nails, they do a good job with it all!

They have a great variety of nail designs but they don't do a good job on applying the nail. They get very distracted with their coworkers. I went there 3 days ago and my nails are starting to fall off. I've been to better places where they do a great professional job. I'm never going to go there ever again.

nails by kati does good nails but they do make me wait a while when i dont have an appt.. the only one i think does good nails is ivy. they sometimes talk too much and make you wait to long but overall they do great nail designs. and if nails by kati is reading this YOU SHOULD LOWER YOUR PRICES!

Ive been going to Nails by Kati for 3 years. If you want excellent nails make an appointment with Ivy or Tiffany. This place gets really packed everyday if you don't make an appointment they are unlikely to do your nails.
