I am not biased to this salon. I went in looking for a place to get my nails done and was shocked by the unprofessionalism I was met with. The service was horrible. The woman who did my nails was rude the whole time and was so rough that she made my cuticles on one of my nails literally bleed. She also made some very rude comments while I was there. Later...

I called to see what the wait for a walk-in manicure was and they told me to come in an hour later. I arrived 15 minutes before the time they recommended I come in and told me the wait would be another hour. Super frustrating to say the least.
