This is the very best Sushi you will ever find, Don makes the best rice !!!!!, and the fish is always fresh.... you willl not be disappointed

Ichiban Tabemasu. Wonderful sushi and delicious traditional fare. The reviews are off the charts. Sacramento's best Japanese is no longer a secret. Reservations are recommended, but be on time.

My first visit and hopefully not my last! Excellent sushi and customer care exceeded only by the company (sorry Nagato, I'm afraid you can't take the credit there but the food is definitely worth a return visit!).

Best Japanese food I have had in a long time. Clean, friendly, family ran since day 1. Addicting food, great people, great sake and beer. Hidden gem in Carmichael that's for sure! Highly recommend checking it out.
