This appears to be a pretty popular lunch spot, deservedly so. I had a bowl of seafood soup, which was excellent with generous amounts of shrimps, scallops, squid, chunks of fish, etc. Very tasty.

This restaurant had changed hands several times over the years but the new owners knows what the are doing.
They have a nice happy hour menu- $5 appetizers. We had the spring rolls and chicken satay. Both dishes had very fresh ingredients. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not chewy.

I was staying at a hotel nearby, and walked by My Mom's Thai Kitchen while looking for a place for dinner. I thought the food was very good -- had coconut shrimp as an appetizer and drunken noodles as an entree. The owners were working and were very attentive. I really enjoyed my meal there.
