The dentist I saw was great, but trying to get anything accomplished with the treatment coordinator was awful. Plus she is rude, her name was Melanie because of this I will be selecting another dentist

I've been a patient at the Downtown KC office for 2 years now. Every appointment, I have felt welcome and that my dental care is in the hands of someone who cares. Sierra, a hygentist in that office, is fantastic, gentle, and has a relaxing personality. I'd recommend this office to anyone.

First time patient.... I was more than satisfied with the staff and Dr. Higgerson. Dr. Higgerson and his assistant went the extra mile to insure that I would be in no pain for a molar extraction and a partial crown.
