I took my wedding dress here to be hemmed up one inch and drycleaned. They shrunk it at least 3 sizes. I had proof of measurements before and after. Owner was supposed to meet me at store and didn't show. Her husband said he couldn't help me. Now I have wedding 10 days away and NO DRESS. I am out $268. Don't trust your nice clothes to this drycleaner!!!

BEWARE! I brought my wedding dress here to be hemmed up one inch and cleaned. They shrunk it at least 3 sizes. I had proof of the garment measurements before and after. Owner Kim did not show up at store. Her husband said they would not pay to replace the dress. Now I have wedding in 10 days, no dress, and am out $268. Don't trust these people with your nice clothes!

Brought in my wedding dress to be hemmed up one inch and cleaned. It was hemmed fine, but shrunk at least 3 sizes. Owner promised to meet me at store, did not show. Her husband refused to refund amount of dress,even though I had proof of dress measurements before and after. Wedding 10 days away and I have NO DRESS. Do not trust them to safely clean your valued clothes!!!!
